All orders are shipped through USPS.
-Items are shipped within 7 days once purchase is made and payment is received. Most items are made to order and have to be created and then processed before being shipped out.
-Length of processing time depends on current orders and specific item purchased.
-If you need your item in less then a week, you will need to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express Mail to receive the item in time. In addition, please contact Jenna and let her know of your requested date and she will let you know if it is possible to meet your deadline. Stating a date in 'message to seller' will not guarantee the arrival.
-Please see USPS.com for questions on shipping times. We can only guarantee the shipment date, we can not guarantee delivery or arrival dates. Once it is in the hands of USPS we are no longer responsible for the orders.
-We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in delivery, you may consider upgrading your shipping to secure insurance if this is a concern to you. Please contact me before your purchase and I can make a custom listing for you that will have insurance attached at time of purchase.
-If an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the delivery service that you can find on your transaction. Here you are provided a tracking number for reference. Please do not contact us, once the item is dropped us, we loose all control or info on the item.
Prior to shipping:
It you have changed your mind on the order or you feel you will not receive the item in time a full refund can be issued including shipping. Please contact the shop immediately. Once the item has shipped a refund will only be issued in the form of store credit, please see below.
Once item has shipped:
Refunds are offered in forms of store credit, no exceptions. It must be requested within 21 days of the order. Items damages in the mail is not an option for a refund, please contact the post office if your item had insurance for refund through them.
For store credit:
Please ship the item back to us using the address below. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us to receive store credit. Once the item is received by us in the same condition it was sent out by us, store credit will be issued. No refund will be issued for items lost in the mail.
Shipping will not be refunded once the item ships. If you wish to exchange and item, shipping must be paid to receive the new item.

Our requirements are $150 for first time opening orders and $100 for return orders. Quantity minimums are 3 per product. All can be negotiated depending on agreed terms.

All orders are made to order and started once order is received. Production time depends on order and quantity. Terms for estimated time can be negotiated to meet your needs.
All orders ship via USPS once production is complete.
New accounts must pay for their order upfront, prior to shipping. We accept payments by check, money order, PayPal, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Returned checks are subject to $30 fee. Orders paid by check will only ship once check has cleared.
We issue a full refund for all stock items (not custom orders) before the item has shipped.
Once shipped, we accept returns on all items when it's returned to us. All returns must be requested within 7 days to receive a refund, shipping will not be refunded and it will be the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us to receive the refund. Once the item is received by us in the same condition it was sent out by us, the return will be processed. No refund will be issued for items lost in the mail.
Custom orders and digital files are non refundable.
